It’s Condition is "Used" but you wouldn’t know it. I purchased it during the last couple weeks of my chinchillas wonderful life.
It had some lava rock dust/powder the chinchilla tracked in but I cleaned & shook it out really well. There’s a tiny bit of fraying on the interior edges of the opening but pretty insignificant as far as affecting the cage-life of the hideout.
